The Region 5 EOC planned a communications test for this date.  It started as a local test and expanded into a statewide event.  GBARC participated from the Region 1 EOC and Derby OEM participated from the mobile command post located in Derby.   Communications were tested on VHF as well as 80 and 40 meters.
